Service Description

Chase´s course will incorporate traditional yoga asanas with modern mobility exercises, along with some brief meditation and breathing exercises. Classes will generally be in the flow format and include some longer holds in certain poses. The goals of the class will be to foster proper mechanics, to create strength and stability throughout our full range of motion, and to become conscious of what is going on within the body, uniting the mental and the physical in the here and now.
