Refund Policy

Courses, cards and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Cardholders & Attendance

Eden has the right to charge full fees for sessions that cardholders, monthly cardholders and annual cardholders register for if they do not show up. Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours in advance (cardholders will be sent a bill for the fee).

Cancellation of time

Eden has the authority to cancel a class if there are 3 or fewer members registered for the class, both the member and the teacher will receive an email.

Security terms (protection of personal data)

The seller promises the buyer complete confidentiality regarding all information provided in connection with the transaction. Under no circumstances will the information be disclosed to third parties.

Privacy Policy

All personal information will be strictly confidential and will not be given or sold to a third party.

Law and venue

This agreement is in accordance with Icelandic law. If any dispute arises in connection with it, it shall be heard in the Reykjanes District Court.

Payment distribution terms

In the case of payment distribution, the following applies:

I, the payer, (hereinafter referred to as "member") wish to enter into an agreement on payment distribution for the purchase of a permanent card at eden (Gengur best ehf). The card gives the member full access to eden's opening hours from the date of purchase on the website.

The payer must pay one month in advance at the time of signing this agreement and pay the other months in advance at the beginning of each month. If the balance is not available for payments on the due date, late payment interest and statutory collection costs shall be borne by the member.

Terms of the payment distribution agreement

Eden undertakes to offer the services advertised at all times and to grant the member access to open classes offered by Eden, as long as space permits. The card does not, however, grant the member access to closed classes or courses offered by Eden for a fee, but Eden offers special terms on such courses.

A member enters Eden at their own risk and promises to do well in Eden. A member is not permitted to transfer their rights and attention is drawn to the fact that a card that is in payment distribution is a temporary contract that can be terminated after 2 months of binding, the notice period is 1 month. However, a card can be deposited when needed for a period longer than 4 weeks against presentation of a medical certificate.
