Service Description

This breathing method or breathing journey (Tranceformational Breath Journey) uses Somatic breathing but its effects are maximized with the addition of modern sound technology that offers many positive properties. The most important of which are Binaural Brain Entrainment, Isochronic Brainwave Tones, Solfeggio Frequencies and 432Hz Harmonic Tuning. High-quality 9D certified headphones are used. What makes this treatment unique is that it is accompanied by guidance that is prepared with Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) technology to maximize the intention of the journey and its results. This intention or goal of the journey is to help the traveler work through different mental bonds that plague him. Journeys that are available include Trauma release, Integration & regeneration, Abundance and Transcending fears, along with other journeys. We recommend that you bring a water bottle and an eye mask (we have eye masks to borrow too) The instructor is Sara María + 1-3 breath angels depending on the number of participants.
