We offer private sound healing for groups, get in touch at info@edenyoga.is if you are interested in bringing a friend or group of friends, a company, an organization and we will find a time for you. During this time we achieve deep relaxation into our nervous system with gong meditation, crystal bowls, drums and other sound therapy. You can choose to relax on the floor and support your body with pillows and blankets or float in silk which is similar to floating in water. You float in sound therapy which helps you release stress and discomfort that may have settled in your body. Sound therapy affects both your physical and mental state by moving what is floating in your body as well as moving your energy body. The vibration coming from the tones affects the entire environment and each cell vibrates at its own speed which causes movement to occur and releases whether it is physical pain or stagnant energy, emotional or related to your energy centers. Research has shown that tone healing helps relax the nervous system, releases stress and anxiety, improves sleep, increases inner peace, provides balance, increases clarity, promotes emotional balance, increases self-compassion and well-being.
