The dancer in you is the best friend you ever have. Call on her/him and she/he is always ready to play with you, to express what you feel, embrace you just as you are and take you on a journey with whatever you bring to her/him. Welcome to an opportunity to explore and strengthen the relationship with that dancer inside you. The invitation is to co create with you a dancing field through music and rhythm, through dance meditation exercises in connection with the elements. Come and nurture the sacred creative flame inside, that soft, fluid, calm, joyous, spacious, timelessness in the spine, hips, heart, and the whole body, healing the relationship between the feminine/receptive and masculine/active aspect of yourself, moving through the body between the earth and sky, meeting in the heart. Can you imagine: ° feeling deeply safe with the mother underneath your feet? ° coming home to yourself and life on earth more fully? ° finding deep peace within yourself in the way you are? ° allowing that to be the foundation for connection with your loved ones and everyone who is meant to be part of your life? When you move naturally and consciously, your awareness expands and you can soften the grip of thoughts that create suffering. Kvika Föld Movement Medicine teacher since 2011 trained since 2006 Kvika holds spaces for people to reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and inner power — meeting whatever is present as a gateway to aliveness, freedom, peace and joy she is also an artist, mother, grandmother, and lifelong explorer of art, embodiment and self-inquiry.
