Join us for a special evening of connection, ceremony, and ancestral wisdom with Mayan elders from Tz'utujil Nation of Guatemala. Coming from the lands surrounding Lake Atitlán, the Tz'utujil people carry a living tradition rooted in deep relationship with the Earth, the elements, the ancestors and the sacred cycles of life. Together we will gather around ceremonial cacao and enter a space of prayer, storytelling, music, reflection and shared presence. The elders will offer teachings from their tradition , inviting us to slow down, listen deeply and remember our connection to the natural world and to one another. This evening is an opportunity to meet across cultures with humility and openness-to receive ancient wisdom, honour the spirit of cacao, and experience the beauty of gathering in community. Come as you are, with respect, curiosity and an open heart.
